Beat that, KJW

Tonight for dinner I made Carmelized Apples and Onions with Quinoa and Lentils a Greek Yogurt a Greek Yogurt Garnish.

I am awesome.

That sounds very good. I have made Quinoa once and wasn't sure what I thought of it. Did this make for a good combination? I would be curious to try it as I like the nutritional value of Quinoa.
