Creativity or Coincidence?

Today I was at Fred Meyer, buying groceries, and the woman in the self-checkout stand next to me was making an interesting purchase. She was buying a pregnancy test and those frozen BUNS that you cook in the OVEN. Now, do you think that she had come up with a creative way to tell her significant other about the pregnancy, or was it simply a supremely awesome coincidence?
